Disclosures and Policies

Please Reference this page for policies and disclosures for The Bamboo Bobbin LLC. 

 1. All customers are responsible for ensuring order information is accurate before placing an order. The Bamboo Bobbin LLC is not responsible for incorrect entries for names, monograms, sizes, colors, or any information that is entered prior to placing an order. Monograms should be entered in the exact order you want them stitched in. If you have made a mistake on your order submission, please contact thebamboobobbin@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to resolve the mistake. 

 

2. Fonts and thread colors- The Bamboo Bobbin lists all available font choices available for personalization. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure you make a selection you will be happy with. I will stitch your item exactly as you have requested it on your order unless otherwise communicated. The Bamboo Bobbin is not responsible for font or thread color choices made by the customer, even if the desired outcome is not the look you expected to achieve. I am happy to answer any design questions prior to your order being placed to ensure the colors and fonts you have selected will reflect positively on the items they are being stitched on. If you are unsure of a selection, please reach out to me and I will guide you on a positive thread color/font combination for your specific item(s). 

 

3. Shipping- The Bamboo Bobbin exclusively ships with UPS. Flat rate shipping is $12 for all orders. Shipping is not refundable. The Bamboo Bobbin is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged by UPS. If an item is lost or damaged by UPS, you will need to file a claim with UPS. 

 

4. Returns- As all items are custom, returns of any kind are not accepted. If The Bamboo Bobbin has made a mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item and we will discuss options for resolution. 

 

5. Turnaround times- The standard turnaround time for orders is 4-6 weeks. If you need something sooner please email thebamboobobbin@gmail.com. If an item is needed on a rush turnaround time (sooner than 4-6 weeks) a rush fee will be invoiced. The rush fee is based on the complexity of the item and how soon the turnaround time is needed. All rush fees are individualized based on client needs. 

 

6. Add ons- If you wish to add on an applique it is $15 per item to upgrade to applique. 

 

7. Payment- All payments are due in full upon order submission. 

8. Digitizing and Custom Suite Replication
At The Bamboo Bobbin, we are pleased to offer custom digitizing services. Each project is individually priced based on the complexity and size of the design. Clients are responsible for the full cost of digitization.

Once a custom icon has been digitized and paid for, it is used exclusively for that specific order and will never be replicated, reused, or resold. This means that if you commission and pay for custom artwork, it will remain entirely unique to you.

Should another client inquire about replicating a previously digitized design, they will be respectfully directed to contact the original creator or inspiration source directly. This policy reflects our commitment to protecting intellectual property, preventing copyright infringement, and honoring the originality of creative entrepreneurs—especially the talented mothers and artists who trust us with their work.
